Account deletion

Deleting your Whisper & Wild account

If you are a member, you can delete your account at any time from the member space: open the menu and choose Account, then Delete my account.

When you do, your journal entries and Timekeeper records are deleted straight away. A request is then sent to Jayne (the circle owner) to remove your account profile and membership record, and you are signed out.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund payments held in Stripe or Replicants. Payments are managed separately — to ask about a payment or refund, contact Jayne.

What happens

  • • Your journal entries and Timekeeper records are deleted immediately.
  • • A deletion request is sent so your account profile and membership record are removed by the circle owner.
  • • You are signed out.

If you can't sign in

If you no longer have access to your account, contact Jayne with the email address and we will delete the account and personal data on your behalf, and confirm it to you.
